Terms of engagement

These terms apply when you request a crash and stability review, incident study, freeze check, or cluster briefing from App Garden Base (“we”, “us”) via appgardenbase.click or in writing. By sending a brief or paying a booking sum you accept them.

The work

We provide professional reading of crash reports, freezes, and related traces, plus a written brief. We do not operate a crash console, store listing, or payment facility. You remain responsible for your app, your users, and any decision to patch, roll back, or ship.

Acceptance and quotes

A quote is an invitation to book, not a standing offer. The week is held when the booking sum in the quote is received. If we cannot staff the week, we return that sum.

Intellectual property

Your crash reports, mapping files, and product facts remain yours. The written brief is licensed to your organisation for internal use. You may not republish it as a certificate or as our endorsement of a store version. Our investigation sequence and public journal remain ours.

Confidentiality

We treat console access and traces as confidential and delete local copies within thirty days after the brief, unless a longer hold is required by a dispute. We do not accept user identifiers in the contact form.

Liability

We read traces with care; we do not guarantee a single root cause or a quiet store week after you ship. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Malaysian law forbids a limit (including death or personal injury from negligence, or fraud). We are not liable for lost store ranking, lost sales, or staff overtime.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Selangor and, where required, Malaysia have jurisdiction. If a clause cannot be enforced, the rest remains.
