Hotfix incident study
A compressed reading when a live version is crashing hard enough that operations want a same-week story, not a five-day review.
When a version is already in the store and crash mail is arriving before lunch, a full review is too slow. The incident study is a two-day cut: we isolate the cluster that started with this build, separate older noise, and write a one-page note operations can put next to the rollback decision.
You still own the console and the rollback. We do not press the store buttons. Bring the exact version code, the hour the complaints started, and whether a staged rollout is still open.
