Recurring crash cluster briefing
A monthly hour with the same reader, covering what new clusters appeared, what aged out, and what still has no owner.
Some teams do not need a five-day review every quarter. They need the same person to look at the console on a fixed Tuesday, name what is new, and refuse to re-litigate last month’s already-fixed decoder.
The briefing is one hour plus a two-page note. It does not include emergency incident coverage; that is a separate study. Cancel with fourteen days’ notice before the next month.
