Privacy

This notice explains how App Garden Base handles personal data when you read this site, send a brief, or book crash and stability analytics work. The data controller is App Garden Base, Level 8, 31 Example Road, Petaling Jaya 00000, hello@appgardenbase.click.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, chosen review format, optional week, and the message you write. From email or phone: whatever you choose to send. From cookies: see the cookies page. We ask you not to paste crash dumps, national identity numbers, or end-user personal data into the form.

During an engagement we may receive read-only console seats and traces. Those materials belong to your organisation; we process them only to deliver the brief.

Why

We use enquiry data to reply, quote, and hold a week. We use engagement materials to read clusters and write the brief. We do not sell lists.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to twelve months. Contracts, invoices, and briefs are kept for seven years for accounting and dispute purposes. Local copies of traces are deleted within thirty days after delivery unless a dispute is open.

Rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you as an individual, or withdraw consent for optional mail, by writing to hello@appgardenbase.click. We may keep records the law requires. If you are unhappy with our reply you may contact the relevant Malaysian authority that oversees personal data.

International transfers

Readers work in Malaysia. Email and site hosting may store copies outside Malaysia. We use suppliers who agree to keep enquiry mail reasonably secure.

Children

This site is for professional buyers of crash readings, not for children.

Changes

We will update this page when our practice changes. The date of the public site build is the working date of this notice.
