What a review costs
Crash and stability analytics is quoted by the shape of the week, not by a monthly seat. Figures below are starting points in ringgit.
Rates are for one consumer app and the crash console you already use. Travel inside the Klang Valley is included. Work outside the valley, extra store listings, or a third version in the same week are quoted after we see the console.
What moves a quote
Volume of versions in dispute, missing mapping files, a second OS that must be read in the same week, and whether we must work overnight around a staged rollout. A thin beta population on a freeze check lowers confidence; it does not automatically lower the fee, because the hours still happen.
What we do not bill
We do not sell seats, annual plans, or a console of our own. There is no discount for “unused hours.” If an incident study finishes at lunch on day two because the cluster is obvious, you still pay the two-day floor — the room was held.
How to ask
Send the two version numbers, the OS that hurts, and whether mapping files exist. We reply with a one-page estimate within two working days. A 40% booking sum holds the week; the remainder is due when the brief is delivered. See the refund page for what happens if you cancel.
